We'll walk through your home verbally identifying areas that need addressed, while you take notes. When we leave, you will have your list and our comprehensive document covering the most common areas to cover before marketing your home. Approximately 1-3 hours on-site based on size and condition of home.

I'll walk quietly through your home snapping photos and taking measurements of rooms and furnishings. Within a few days you will receive comprehensive documentation listing all steps that should be taken to prep your home for sale - our checklist of common organization, cleaning, and repairs, a room layout for key rooms, elevations for focal walls, and a list of recommended staging items. You may take this information to tackle the job on your own, or may opt to hire us for full staging services. Approximately 1-2 hours on-site based on size and condition of home.
